"Someone Shoot Me"

I just realized that this may not be appropriate to post in light of recent events, but I don't care, it amused me to write and I'm proud of it and that is rare. Keep in mind that I was sitting in my TAKS room and being forced to "review" for the TAKS by being subjected to a horribly lame science video and my feelings toward that video are reflect here (at least in the first line). It also kind of sums up how I'm feeling about school right now. Plus, like I said, it was just amusing to write. Oh, and a bit of a disclaimer , i wrote it with a tune in my head so it may sound weird with out said tune. Now please enjoy.....

They make us listen to this SHIT
Thinking we can learn from it
But all we do is sit here saying
‘Someone shoot me’

So they really think we care?
What they’re saying over there?
‘Cause all we do is sit here saying

I’m gonna leave this place
I need to find a diffrent place
Because all I do is say ‘someone shoot me’
c’mon on, please shoot me!

Hish school is killing us
We don’t want to learn calculus
All we want to do is say
‘Someone shoot me!’

We walk from class to class
Hoping we don’t fall on out ass
And the teachers hear us say
‘Someone SHOOT me!’

They laugh at all our pain
Knowing we have nothing to gain
And ignore us as we cry
‘Someone shoot me’

Well this place has got to burn
Becasue I do not want to learn
And I’m tired of screaming
‘SOMEONE SHOOT ME!’

Oh, look at all the flames
We can all share in the blame
Because now we never havt to say
‘someone shoot me’
